"Working with Maison was better than we could have imagined. My husband and I usually do most home projects on our own since we have heard horror stories about working with contractors. But our project involved creating an opening and stairs into the garage from the main house to the unfinished space above our garage. This was not something we could do ourselves not with juggling work and kids. Originally, the space above the garage could only be accessed by deck stairs outside. This was not ideal for us. We have three boys and did not want them to have to go outside to get to this room. We wanted to create a recreation room for this space, a place for our family to hang out. We had multiple area contractors come to give us a quote. Most of them did not want to tackle doing the stairs. They offered to finish the room but not do the stairs. Either we would not hear back from them, or they gave us quotes that were enough to build a brand-new house. We had given up hope on finding a contractor, so we decided just to contract somebody to do the stairs, and we would do the rest ourselves. Initially, we were asking Ken for a quote just for the stairs. But he wanted to do the whole job. Our first impression of Ken was that he was a good guy, so we took a leap of faith because we had become very skeptical of all contractors at that point. Maison pleasantly surprised us. Their work was ahead of schedule and meticulous. Ken and his crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. They exceeded our expectations. They were mindful to our work and family schedule. "Trent and his crew were all very professional and did an amazing job. Our addition had been started by another contractor several years ago but never completed. Trent made sure everything was properly done and if it wasn't his crews fixed what needed to be fixed until it was done right. After correcting the things that needed fixing they laid all the flooring, tiled the shower, finished the plumbing, HVAC, and wiring, put in the fixtures, painted, built a deck and enlarged our driveway , put in new gutters and gutter guards and some other stuff. The work is too notch and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Their customer service was also great. We have already hired them to do some painting, carpeting and repair work in the main house part of it to start in the fall and the rest early next year per our time frame on when we want the work done. Definitely a great company to work with and highly recommend."

"The work was done in a professional manner. They were friendly and willing to answer questions about the work. The company handled all permits and scheduling the county inspector to come and clear the job. It completely cleared up the leaking problem in the basement, and the foundation is good for the rest of the house's live. They cleaned up really well, there was no dust problem, and in the area they dug a trench, they even reseeded the lawn with grass seed. "I have used Terry for several years to do all types of home improvement. He remodeled my moms bathroom , my master bathroom, built new cabinets, installed new floors, crown molding, wainscoting, fixed and repaired drywall, painted my interior of my house and this is only the inside. He replaced my gutters, exterior doors, damaged hardy boards, dry rotted wood, and installed a new deck on the exterior. He is a jack of all trades and does great, quality work."

"First of all, Roger Roten, the B'Dry sales rep was great. Presented their product and their capabilities well and provided very prompt support after the contract was signed. I did the prep work (taking down drywall, etc.) and he responded to my email questions quickly after any inquiry. They scheduled the job for 5/13/2016 and said they would arrive between 8 and 10 AM. Received a call from their installation lead man at 8 am that day to tell me they were coming from Greensboro, NC and would be their by 10. They arrived at 9:45 and immediately went to work. The team included 3 men with "David" acting as the lead man. In looking at the materials that they were to install, it was obvious that everything was high quality; high gauge steel, impressive sump pump, etc. They finished the job and left around 7 pm that day. They did a good job of cleaning up the site before leaving. One thing that really impressed me was that there was no concrete dust all over every thing from the jackhammers. They put up plastic sheeting throughout the basement and covered all furniture and wall hangings. In addition, they used a large fan with flexible plastic tubing to suck the dust to outside. They were careful in their work and nothing was damaged in the finished basement. When they tested the sump pump, the water came out of the basement at a prodigious rate. I believe one could have put a couple of hoses into the sump hole, run them at full blast and the pump would have easily kept up with the water volume coming from those hoses. Their price was not the lowest, but I think it was a fair price given the quality of the materials, workmanship and the accompanying guarantee."
