"Best Roof Repair responded to a request for bids on a roof repair to my home. The damage was not huge, but after a tree fell on the corner of the roof in a wind storm there were several tears and punctures on the shingles. I wanted to repair the damage to prevent future water damage if water seeped through the tears to the subroof. Best responded to the request relatively quickly given the very busy roofing season. They scheduled an inspection, arrived when scheduled, conducted the inspection, and within 48 hours provided a bid. I also went through this process with another company. Best provided a bid for a repair to the area of damage, which was only about a 4 square foot area, plus caulking of 2 pipes. The other company indicated they only did repairs on an entire side of a roof, at a minimum of $3000. I opted to go with Best and once I signed the contract they ordered shingles to match my existing roof. I was anxious to get the repair completed as I had an upcoming surgery. Knowing this they emailed me on a weekend to let me know the shingles had arrived and scheduled the repair for the following Monday morning. The repair team actually showed up a little early, and had the repair completed in about an hour. They cleaned up after the job. The shingles they used were a decent match to my existing roof, and the repair looks good. I am very pleased with the way the staff responded quickly to my request, worked me into their schedule more quickly than any other company, and completed the repair before my surgery. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair."

"Oliver and his crew were consummate professionals. They showed up when scheduled and quickly and efficiently tore off the old roof and replaced it with high quality materials. This was a high roof with some challenging angles but they worked consistently to finish in 3 days. The clean up was very good as well. During this job they also power washed 2 high balconies, removing heavy planking to clean the drain holes. They purchased new tarps to avoid damaging the flooring in the bedroom. I highly recommend them for professional, fairly priced roofing, construction and handyman services."

"While working under rather inclement conditions the team preformed admirably. The business owner/ project manager made frequent visits to maintain continuity between myself and the crew which eliminated the need for me to interrupt the crew for completion updates. As for job site cleanliness lets just say remarkable. Every evening before leaving the job sight the crew would pickup any lose materials and go through the planters and lawn with magnets looking for nails or staples, most apricated by my lawn mower. The only negative thing is they have done such a nice job on the roof now the other repairs that are need to my home are much more apparent."

The owner was knowledgeable and professional His workers were very hard working, fast, excellent workmanship. Cleaned up pretty well considering the area around the house has tall grass. The materials they used are superior quality and state of the art. The roof is a huge improvement - they discovered some leaking had started, so it was good we didn't wait another winter. The old roof was 20-year old cedar shake so it was a big job to strip off the shingles and add new plywood. The first quote was shockingly high at $45,000. After much back and forth, Austin whittled the price down 50%. The bargaining was the hardest part. But we're happy with the result - it added value, will protect well from our coastal winter storms, and will last far beyond our likely lifetimes.
