"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS – ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! I cannot say enough wonderful things about John Hurff of John’s Audio Video! It is so rare these days to find someone who takes such tremendous pride in their work and genuinely cares about making their customers happy. John is truly one of those people! We were in the middle of having flooring installed and painting done, which meant we couldn’t have John come in to begin his work until after 4:00 in the afternoon. And mind you, this was on a FRIDAY! Without hesitation or complaint, John accommodated our schedule and stayed until 8:30 that night to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. That kind of dedication, professionalism, and customer service speaks volumes about the person behind the business. And the finished result? WOW! Everything is absolutely perfect, and the sound is beyond AMAZING! We couldn’t be happier! What impressed us most wasn’t just John’s knowledge and expertise, but his patience, kindness, attention to detail,"

"I was looking to hire someone to hang my surround sound speakers and run the wires in wall. While others were also contacted, Matt was the only to actually show up the next day after I left him a message. I found Matt to be EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all areas of audio/video. While there was some hiccups with getting the wire up the wall due to how my house was constructed; nonetheless, Matt reassured me that he would find a solution, which he did. I appreciate his attention to detail and keeping me involved in the process making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I would hire Matt for my next project WITHOUT question. I wish there was a way to post a picture of the finished product to show anyone reading this what a professional installation looks like. The picture would only tell half the story, the sound produced by my Klipsch speakers is phenomenal. Thanks Matt!"

"I called to schedule a 1-hour in-home computer tune-up.  The person I spoke with seemed very professional and we made an appointment for 3:30 pm the next Friday.  ON the day of the appointment, my husband got a call at 9 am from someone who said he was coming to our house and was going to late.  The guy calling had trouble explaining who he was, but my husband figured out eventually that he was coming from Geek Choice and that he thought the appointment was at 9 am.  My husband explained that I wasn't home and that the appointment was actually scheduled for 3:30 pm.  The technician was pretty upset - despite the fact that he was half an hour away from our house at that time.  But he did agree to come at 3:30 pm.
At 3:50 pm, no sign of him.  I called to see what was going on.  He didn't apologize, just said he was caught in traffic -- that Friday afternoons are a bad time to be on the highway.  At the time, he was so far away that even without  traffic it would have taken him 30 minutes to get to our house.  I said we would need to reschedule and he seemed shocked.  I decided that with that level of customer service, I would just find someone else.
