I received a call 5 days later and asked if I'm still interested then I said no, thank you then he said okay then hanged up. I was only contacted by Carlos by the company I didn't spoke with other person or customer service or anything like that."

It took a few months to get them out to walk the job and schedule, but I was told that when I called (I think Covid home improvement demand kept them busier than normal). Mark showed up as scheduled, made some good recommendations on his proposal. It was a big job and I was told it might take 1 1/2 days, but they completed the entire job in one day and left the yard spotless. The crew was hard working, polite and efficient.
