"Cliff responded promptly and was able to evaluate the situation same day. I tried 2 other specialty leak detection companies and they were backed up 2-3 weeks. He located the approximate location of the leak, but could not pinpoint the source due to the location being by a beam. He went over possible scenarios and options to address each. We chose to tunnel under the foundation to cause less inside damage and he had a crew out first thing the next morning. I got home around 2PM and he had already found/fixed the leak and they had started replacing the dirt! They also took great care in replacing the dirt and causing as little damage as possible to the plants in the flower bed. Cliff had opportunities to inflate the price, but did not and I appreciate his honesty. He even repaired a wobbly toilet for us at no charge! He's a great guy that performs a great service and i would definitely use him again.

"I called Jimmy as I did not have the right tool to remove the shower cartridge which was stuck due to old deposits etc.... Thanks to Jimmy for quick response...But price seems to be little high just to remove the cartridge...The person came did not have the extra screw etc. and as Moen did not send me the long screw, I have to make another trip later to Lowes/home-depot to find the right size screw and then assemble everything... Thanks anyway for the help...

"Ryan came in and did an excellent job unstopping toilet and repairing the inner workings of the toilet tank. We also asked him to look at our hot water heaters. He told us that one of the two was completely not working and gave us a couple options to replace one or both and went over the costs and details. Will defiantly use them again."

I can't say enough good things about these people!  I had a leaky bathroom faucet.  Two weeks ago I had another plumbing company who was also highly rated on Angie's List and who I have used many times in the past (but never again) look at the problem.  The technician from that company said I needed to replace the faucet. They were going to charge me $250.00 for the replacement faucet plus  $229.00 for the labor to install it. Since the faucet had been discontinued I was going to have to replace the other faucet in the other sink as well so it would match.  This was going to cost me $958.00.  I wanted a second opinion so I called Mark Masters Service Company that I also found on Angie's List. Seth, the technician was a very nice young man.  He showed up right on time. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem as simply being a bad rubber washer that needed replacement.  I did not need to replace the faucet after all. I was only charged the minimum $79.00 service charge.  Mark Masters company saved me $879.00 !  By the way, the other company also charged me $79.00 for their service call which was totally worthless.

"Edgar & his crew did an excellent job! Made my master bath handicap accessible for my sweetie pie using a wheelchair. Took out door jam, door and added safety handrails. Changed vanity to have two sinks. Nice cabinet work too! They also added a sliding glass door and a cement ramp out my back bedroom access to pool. Very nice work! "Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.
