"When we originally contacted Cliff Morgan, I had to leave a voice mail.  He called me back within a couple of hours, and agreed to come take a look at the leak in addition to providing a free estimate.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  After listening to various water sources (sinks, shower, outdoor spigot, etc), he believed the leak was between the sink and the shower in one of the bathrooms.  He gave me a couple of leak scenarios and the associated repairs that would be done along with a best case estimate and a worst case estimate (noting that the cost could exceed the worst case if there was something that could not be foreseen with the repair).  He was available to do the work the next day, so we agreed. 
He called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.  He spent time methodically testing the water lines to pin point the offending pipe.  As he originally thought, the leak was on the cold side between the sink and shower in one of the bathrooms.  The repair was effective and efficient and he explained everything that he was doing.  The pieces cut out of the walls were small and neatly done.
Best of all, the total bill was actually *less* than the best case scenario quote, which was great news.
While we hope we never see him again (we don't need any more slab leaks!), we would not hesitate to contact him again.  Additionally, we'd highly recommend him.to anyone that needs his services.  If all contractors were like Cliff, home repair/update projects would be *far* less frustrating!

"Ryan came in and did an excellent job unstopping toilet and repairing the inner workings of the toilet tank. We also asked him to look at our hot water heaters. He told us that one of the two was completely not working and gave us a couple options to replace one or both and went over the costs and details. Will defiantly use them again."

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Used list coupon for replacement of bathroom sink faucet. Received Angie's List response saying that we would be contacted "soon" After three days, had not been contacted by contractor, so we called. They returned our call within ten minutes and said they had been having problems with being contacted by Angie's List. and scheduled the service for first thing the following morning. Upon arrival and inspection, the plumber said both shutoff valves needed to be replaced as well for an additional charge of $75. This was not a surprise to us, and we had purchased replacement valves already. We believed the additional repair was needed and the cost was reasonable. Replacement was performed in a professional manner, cleanup performed and repair tested. Would use again."

"Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.

"Edgar & his crew did an excellent job! Made my master bath handicap accessible for my sweetie pie using a wheelchair. Took out door jam, door and added safety handrails. Changed vanity to have two sinks. Nice cabinet work too! They also added a sliding glass door and a cement ramp out my back bedroom access to pool. Very nice work! "My roof received hail damage and was totaled by the insurance company. I got several estimates but Abel was the only one that detected that there was damage to the wafer board. I already knew this was a problem due to earlier foundation problems. This was a major reason I went with Eagle, don't know how the other companies missed this but they did. Company delivered material at agreed upon date and placed waste trailer in my double driveway so I could still get in and out one side of the garage. Work began the next day at stated time. The workers were pleasant, knowledgeable and well supervised. The work was completed the next day. My gutters, sidewalk and driveway were all washed down to remove any sand or dirt when roof was completed. All trash and excess material was picked up from around the house and a magnet tool was used to pick any stray nails. My Directv HD antenna was reset and adjusted to properly pick up signal."
