Right from speaking with him on the phone, he was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his craft. You would think that companies would offer you their premium package right from the beginning but not Daniel. Instead, he asked what I was looking for and took the time and effort to send me multiple filtering systems (including Amazon choices) to choose from. This gesture tells you that he is looking for the customer's best interest at hand which is outstanding. Once I selected my choice, he thoroughly explained the contract and servicing process as well as answered all the questions I had. No big complicated words or complex contracts to decipher but simple and easy was the way Daniel pitched it. All in all, Western Rooter needs to hire more professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic people like him as he is a prime example of excellent customer service. "I contacted California Drains because my parent's home was completely backed up to the point where dirty water was coming out from the drains inside and outside their home. They promptly answered and booked me in the same day. They were able to contain the water from continuing to come out of the drains overnight and returned the next day first thing in the morning to get the problem fixed. Price was very reasonable, and the workers were very professional. Left everything clean and drains were completely cleared. "Simi Valley - Service is good but they are pricey. Drain line under bathroom sink needed to have p-trap and clean out plug replaced. Hands were pretty much tied with an open clean out. Gave price of 2400. To make the repair. Now, I know it could be opening a can of worms but it could also be an easy repair, which it was. It was a 4 to 5 hour job. Probably won’t be using them in the future."
