I called at 9, we told between 10 and 11, and he arrived at 10:15. I had one opener that the gear had completely fallen apart, and one door with a loose chain and a bent metal tracking. Chain was tightened and tracking replaced. All three doors were checked, oiled, and are working great - all within 45 minutes and a very reasonable price. And I loved the promptness of service! "
