"Please reconsider buying somewhere else any home improvements or upgrades. We ordered windows and a sliding door from them. It's been a year and today, still, we haven't gotten them installed, and the door isn't ready. There's been sooooo many delays on the windows being ready, and so many cancelled installment appointments on their part. Lowe's doesn't communicate with it's 3rd party contractors on statuses of the items. There's just been so many incidents with this order, that I can't list them all here. The 3rd party contractors are all willing and helpful when they do come or are on the phone, it's actually on Lowe's side when the ball is dropped. We're stuck with it at this point because we seem to be at the tail end of this nightmare, but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, reconsider going somewhere else. I think a great deal of the problem is that they feel they have monopolized the area, since their competitors are few and far away. I wouldn't give them any stars."
