"Al was very prompt on coming out to give me an estimate. He was very detailed and specific on his prices and how long it would take to do the job. He called me back and gave me an exact time frame for the schedule and confirmed it the week before. He and his son showed up on the first day on time and completed all the work within one week. I felt comfortable leaving him and his son  at the house while i was at work.They did a great job on completing everything i needed, plus cleaned up when they were done. "After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.

"Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
