"I paid for a one hundred dollar roof repair. I know this is cheap but they came out and quoted $1100.00 for some tar around the chimney and tuckpointing . Or $2600.00 for flashing. It seems a bit high. I just bought a new 16x7 garage door with a motor, tracks, and three openers installed for $1000.00. Materials--tar and cement compared to a steel door, motor, tracks and openers. So it would be 1000.00 for labor. Maybe a few hours. I know grinding cement is not easy but we are talking about $200.00 per hour. A little high."

"Job was completed in just two days in Sept 2017. In Feb 2018 ice damming built up on a low area of the roof that faced north, no sun hits that spot from about Dec to early March. I called JZ and they came out within 24 hours and got the ice off the roof. No charge. I offered them some cash for climbing up on our roof on a bitterly cold day and they politely declined and told us they'd be back by the end of Oct to put down some more ice protection. Last Saturday Oct 20, that exact thing happened. No charge again! Jack and Peter are professional, honest and skilled craftsmen. Their able crew of laborers are efficient and courteous. JZ's prices are more than reasonable and they provide unparalleled customer service. I strongly recommend them."
