Had to run to store as did not have all parts to finish. Advised I would get charged for that? Have not seen the bill for it however so maybe they realized it was their issue. "It went amazingly. Mark is a fantastic worker, and he spent weekends driving up and doing a remarkable job of finishing. He gave us an estimate up front and was very willing to work with our schedule, and then held to that. The most remarkable thing about Mark though, is his personality and attention to detail. Finishing work takes a very detail-oriented person, and he had the experience to make that work go quickly. In addition, he was willing to talk us through the process so that we understood what was going on and even learned how to lay a little wall tile ourselves for future projects! He also went above and beyond, helping us to hang a duct hood and make a few decisions about how to hide some ducting. And when we weren't sure about what would look best, he was ready with a recommendation that we were more than happy to take - and every recommendation ended up looking beautiful. As well as putting up the subway tile back splash, he created a surround for the window and some of the doorways that needed new trim. So he's got carpentry skills in addition to the fine detail and finishing work. I couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Mark. He's worth every cent if you want the job done right the first time. His ability to do whatever is needed to finish the job, and do it right, makes him a valuable person to have helping you out."

"Ethereal Elements provided exceptional, professional and quality work repairing my basement wall leak. Dealing with Q was very easy, he is personable and to the point. Dale, who performed the work knew exactly what he was doing, he was quality oriented from start to finish. The work was completed on 4 October, I held off writing this feedback in hopes we would have a couple of extreme downpours so I could verify the basement would not leak. Q guaranteed the basement would not leak again, or they would come out and fix it. The cost of this job was reasonable and I was able to use the discount coupon. I would hire Ethereal Elements again."

"I had Mike Guess come to my 100 year old home to give me an estimate for addinging air conditioning to the house and for potentially replacing a 28 year old furnace. I also need a consultation on our old ductwork and he was able to include abatement and new ductwork in the bid. The bid was very competetive and well organized. Mike took the time to explain everything to me and was very responsive to followup questions I sent (many). In the end we used another company. It was not because of anything negative about Sun Glow and Mike Guess. In fact it was a very challenging decision to make. I think we would have been very happy with the work they did for us and way they did the work. If someone is reading this review, I encourage you to consider calling Sun Glow heating and Air Conditioning if you are looking to update your system. PS: I do not have relationship with this company~ I just thought they deserved a positive review for a very positive experience."

"Owner and son arrived a little late to perform the work quoted.  The owner was experienced and did a quality job.  The plumbing job will last many years.  He also went the extra step to make sure the cabinet was level so that faucet and basin would work efficiently.  He also did some work in the kitchen to make sure all connections were good and improved the hose line to the dishwasher and ice maker. He answered my questions and explained in detail the work he had completed.  I would definitely hire him again, but would ask that he protect my floors and leave the work area neater.  His prices were very good for the excellent work he performed.

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
