The hose bib had split open inside the wall of our house, the water had been turned off at the curb, and we were desperate to flush toilets, wash our hands, and make coffee, among other things. They were able to move their schedule around and come by to fix the problem quickly. The repairman was very efficient and effective, and we had water back on within a few hours. The repair was not cheap, but that was, in part, because it involved cutting a hole in the drywall in my closet and purchasing/installing a plate over it when the repair was done. "Everything went extremely smoothly. When we first began this project in August 2014, we sought bids from seven different companies. Of those seven, only three supplied bids, even after doing a free estimate and assessing the project specs and saying how easy it would be. The install took about 4 days and Nick was fantastic. He was really patient and helpful with our questions. He did a fantastic job. We did have an issue right after the install that was a manufacture error on the furnace motherboard. They quickly sent a tech out on a Saturday to replace it and we've had zero issues since then.



We are so happy with Sun Glow and our decision to work with them. I would highly recommend them for any future HVAC projects!

"After inspecting our foundation earlier, Q determined that we needed a sump pump (which we suspected). His quote was reasonable compared to others we had heard about, so we went ahead with it.
His team of three guys worked hard for two days digging drainage trenches and installing the pump in a couple of feet of standing water. We then had to wait about a week for the water to pump out and to dry out so a new vapor barrier and gravel could be added. This was done during a cold winter where it took longer for the area to thaw and dry out so the delay was kind of a bummer, but not at all Ethereal's fault.
When they returned, they were able to finish up in one day (so three days of work total) and cleaned up after themselves very well. The guys were pleasant and happy to answer questions during the work and Q was careful to follow up and check on the work. All in all a great group to work with as long as you're realistic about the work necessary and time involved."

"Did on-line research for new natural gas water heater and got 2 quotes for a similar water heater as existing. Rob's Superior Plumbing gave me a price that was in line with my on line research and did not charge an added fee (like others) just to come to our home or to take away the old water heater.
