I explained what I wanted, and we walked the property while he took notes. He asked thoughtful questions, showing his serious consideration of my project and his detailed knowledge and understanding of fencing techniques. His quote came in at the middle of the pack, but after hearing his answers to my questions and his explanation of his techniques, I chose him with absolutely no regrets. He got to my project in a realistically timely manner. I was able to observe his and his team’s progress through various stages of the project and could tell they were doing quality work. When there were a few areas that I wasn’t completely satisfied with, he modified/fixed them until I was completely happy. The end result was a fence of superb craftsmanship far beyond the quality that he was replacing. 5+stars!"

"We contracted with Viking in July 2024 to install 200 feet of upscale fencing along one side of our property. The work was scheduled for August 2024. The installers arrived on the agreed date and time. Within two weeks the fence began to fail. Viking will say that this is due to: 1)Hurricane damage; and, 2)Poor materials. Neither of these claims is true. The fence was installed one month prior to hurricane Helene and upon further investigation several of the posts were installed too far apart compromising the integrity of the fence. Furthermore, the installers did not follow the manufacturer's installation instructions. Viking attempted to repair the fence a couple of times; however, the fence continued to fail. After four months Viking informed us that they will not honor their one-year warranty on installation and workmanship and that we were left to our own devices to obtain the necessary materials and engage a contractor to repair the fence - forking our even more money that this expensive fence cost us. Viking was washing their hands of the project which clearly suffered from a sub-standard installation - frankly, we are left with a mess. We have never been treated so dismissively, unprofessionally and dishonestly by a contractor."

"Don't use this company for any work that you may need.Terrible experience.I was quoted 4 hours of work after i send them the picture of what i needed to be done.They ask for a deposit for the material which i gave them.They gave me a date when they were going to start, the day came and called and said that they they didn't received the material so ,they are cancelling the work for that dayso they rescheduled for the thursday. Thursday came i received a email stating that the carpenter was going to be at my home at 8:am, he didn't reach until 10:30 am with no supply.He had to make two trips to Home depot.He used up 3:30 hours am just to gather his supplies. For a 4 hours job it wind up costing me $2700.00 .He also bought excess material that was not needed.The job was of poor quality. I probably would have done a better job.I am just advising not to use them or be aware of their conniving ways of scheming the poor."
