The woman gave me an estimate over the phone after having me describe exactly what we needed done and said the repair person would be out later that week or the next. They came within 2 days (earlier than expected!) and the lady called me and said they were done. I mailed them a check and that was it. Truly a miracle after fussing with 2 other companies."
