"I had a great experience with Perfection Metals and would recommend using this company. Not only were they offering a lifetime/transferable warranty, but the price was great. I had other estimates coming and was informed they would try to match the price if I got something lower. I didn't need them to do that, as they were the lowest. Garage Roof was on within in a couple of weeks. I had 1 issue, which I was nervous to ask about, but the project manager was very nice and concerned about my dissatisfaction. He made sure to take care of it right away and continued to check with me on the process to make sure i was happy. Love the new roof and especially love that there is no more water pouring down inside when it rains. Update: I have just had the roof on my house replaced. It was even a better experience than the garage. It looks great and every single person I dealt with at the company was once again polite, professional, understanding, and reliable. "The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

"Ed and his team at Maksim Roofing did a wonderful job for us. We have a flat roof that also serves as a deck above an enclosed room that had been added on to the original house. The roof/deck was deteriorating and unsafe. I contacted more than 20 contractors over a two year period, many of whom didn’t want to take on the job due to all the uncertainties, others who told me that the only option was to completely rebuild the entire addition, some who never responded to my inquiry at all. After leaving a message for Ed, I got a return call the same day, and he came to the house two days later. He proposed a solution that he described in detail and he also described his team’s experience with similar structures. I got a formal quote two days later. The project has been completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Every step of the process was conducted promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. We feel very fortunate to have found Maksim Roofing."

"I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to work with this company. We signed a contract with TnT Roofing and Restoration to redo our roof on July 30 and it has not been done as of 10/7. We cut them a check of $7k for a down payment and they cashed it within an hour of us meeting with them. We have been the ones following up with them on a weekly basis, trying to see when they will be replacing our roof and they continue to say; two weeks, next week, end of the month… here we are 10 weeks later and no roof and internal water damage to our home. They are now not returning or answering our calls/ text."

"It went very well, Stephen Collier the sales rep was very nice. He knew exactly what we wanted done. The install team was great! They had it torn off in no time. We needed a couple sheets of plywood replaced , then the shingles put down. My husband very picky about things like this, and he was very happy with the work. We would highly recommend."

"Wind got ahold of siding at top of house under the roof. It couldn’t be nail back down , it needed to be replaced and I had another piece of siding that needed to be replaced, but the siding was to old to match but David the owner did a great job in finding the closest match.
