"I hired Integrity 1st Roofing in September 2017 to replace my roof. I had a great experience working with the Shaun, the Production Manager. Everything was in writing and done to my satisfaction. It is now October 2023. I have had no leaks or damage to any shingles. The inside attic has remained dry. In fact, the roof still looks new! I am grateful that I chose Integrity 1st Roofing. Of the three quotes I got, theirs was in the middle. I liked that too. This was the biggest purchase/repair for my home. Everything turned out very well. The quality is still excellent."

"The workers were friendly and professional, and showed up when they said they would. They performed the required services, and when I asked if the staining might be a little uneven, they redid the entire deck. They also pressure-washed the algae-stained brick at my request, which was apparently not included in the original price, but needed to be done. They told me that the doors on the shed were rotting at the bottom, and for a very reasonable price, repaired the doors before restaining them. The doors would not rehang properly, so at my request, they moved the hardware around a bit so the doors worked. They also cleaned up after the job, and left the worksite in good condition. They did request partial payment after each phase of the job, and were faithful in completing the job so that we were happy with it. Because they were so busy, we did have to wait a number of weeks for them to apply a second coat of stain, and it turned out very well. The thing I liked best about this company is that they made sure I was happy with the work, and if not, they did whatever necessary to satisfy us. They were also reliable in doing what they said they would. I will try to post a picture of the deck if it ever stops raining."

He was on it I was referred to them buy a friend and Shawn the owner came out the same day I called and gave me a written estimate at a great rate compared to other companies that I spoke with. He returned the next day at the exact time he said he would be. He was quick and he had both openers installed and the doors were leveled out. He had everything done within 2 hours and added safety sensors which he added new wires. He even swept up my garage before he left and it was cleaner after he left than before he came. I never had anyone do things like this before which was so great to me. He used top of the line garage door openers and that was at my price point, he had other options available and he met my needs perfectly with what he had to offer."
