"Very glad we got the drain pipe fixed! Mohamad did a very expert job in replacing the drain pipe and ensuring that it's sturdy and leak free. I can see the drain pipe with the camera and it looks like he built a highway with pipes! I can see the supports for the pipe, and they are very solid and strong. I am glad this is a permanent solution that I know will pretty much last forever."

"Our house main sewer line had backed up at the clean out plug area just before the main emptied to the street sewer system. Mark Scala promptly came to our house this Saturday morning and had cleared the clog at the main trap. I selected Scala Sewer & Drain because of the reviews here on "Home Advisor" and I was impressed as everyone else. Having just come in from a long flight the night before, Mark was very courteous , professional and indicated he'd be right over within the hour. From the time Mark arrived our drain was cleared within the hour. Considering the task at hand, the area was cleaned and disinfected with bleach with little or no debris left behind. I highly recommend Mark Scala and his family owned business. Outstanding service. Thank you again, Mark."

"Had a major drain line damages. The crew worked hard & crazy temperatures to get the sewer line back up and running with minimal down time. The crew was professional in every step away. The prices were reasonable and affordable. I would recommend them for the persistence and good work ethic."

"Vannes Service and Drains LLC completed my bathroom project and, I could not be happier! Four words I would use to sum up Shahe: responsive, courteous, professional and friendly He called right away to discuss my project, provided a reasonable quoted and scheduled time for the very next day. He followed up to confirm his arrival and showed up ON TIME. In between answering all of my curious plumbing questions, he stayed on task and completed the work expertly, all with a friendly smile. I would highly recommend Vannes Service and Drain and plan to use them for future projects."

"I hired them for a furnace maintenance check for a great price. They changed my filter and disconnected my electric one informing me it was no longer in use. Added glue to pvc drain pipe that was loose, cleaned the flame sensor, measured voltage of circuits. Recently, as the weather got colder and the furnace started running I noticed a puddle coming from underneath it. I spent quite some time trying to diagnose it myself but couldn't figure it out. I explained to the company that I started having issues with the furnace after my last check. They sent Frank out to look at the issue. He was able to identify the issue pretty quickly and it was pretty simple. It was due to a loose drain pipe inside the unit. He simply reattached it. I was not charged as it was possible the pipe got loose (it was not well sealed) during the maintenance check. I was extremely grateful with the way Frank and Arctic Air Conditioning conducted business. I am wary of vendors who try to exploit you but I do not feel that way at all towards Arctic Air. I feel I can trust them with my business again in the future."
