Joe Hartley was prompt in meeting me and provided an estimate on the spot.  The estimate was reasonable and clearly documented, broken down as I requested. 

initially scheduling was a challenge, as Augusta Steam-it and I had to negotiate a time when they could paint and I could be at the site.  We eventually worked this out. 

Once that was settled Augusta Steam-it and Joe were prompt and efficient each day.  The work was completed on time, and Joe was responsive to a couple of items I identified or asked about.

"We got several estimates and felt we got the most for our money with recline. We were very pleased with the end result, the outside of the house looks lovely. Attention was paid to details and all our special requests were met. All our questions were answered. Once the work got started, things moved along fast. The workers stayed on the job and did good work. It wasn't as disruptive as we had feared, which was fortunate, as weather and scheduling delays resulted in the work being done very close to Christmas. In fact the gutters were installed on Christmas Eve. Sometimes communication was difficult, but this was addressed and improved."

"I went through home advisor looking for someone to replace our front porch deck, Jamie was responded to my request within an hour and was at our house by early afternoon to review our options. Jamie gave us a few options and we came up with what we d like, Jamie ordered the material and once everything came end Jamie and his crew did a excellent job on replacing our porch.
