When I called the office for more information, I spoke with Becky who was so kind, helpful and got someone scheduled to come see about our garage quickly. "I took one of the windows in to their shop, they measured it, made 2 replacement panes, and called me. <br /> I took in both foggy windows and in about 15 minutes, walked out with the new double  panes in place. <br />"

"John arrived right on time and began inspecting the garage door, and it only took him a few minutes to figure out what was wrong. The exterior of the door had been painted at some point and then closed without drying completely. That caused the weather stripping to become tacky and stick to the door, so whenever the door would sit closed for a while the seal would adhere to it and then that would cause the hesitation and jumping that I had noticed. He initially wasn't going to accept any payment since it was such a quick visit, but I decided to have him order new weather stripping and then come back to install it. The follow-up installation only took about 30 minutes, during which time he installed the new stripping and also lubricated the bearings and other moving parts of the door."
