"We're very happy with our newly refinished floors and the job performed by B&D hardwood floors. It is easy for a company to achieve good reviews when they do good work, but more important is how they perform when things go wrong. Because we were having the main portion of our home refinished, including two stairways, we planned a short trip out of town to avoid the worry of walking on newly finished floors. When we returned (on a Sunday), we were disappointed to find several floor issues/items had not been addressed or repaired. I was expecting a difficult discussion come Monday morning, but instead was pleasantly surprised! Gary and his team agreed that there were some problems and explained that the supervisor, with whom I had discussed specifics, had been out sick the past few days. Justin and Josue spent the next 3 days fixing ALL of the problems, applied an extra finish coat on the entire floor, and did a superb job, leaving our house both clean and beautiful! I anticipated there would be some additional costs tacked on to the final bill, but instead it was only $15 over the original estimate (which was more than fair given the “adds” and “subtracts” from the initial work estimate). Bottom line, B&D does fantastic work and provides great customer service. I would definitely recommend and use them again."

We found Sean to be trustworthy and he returned the key when he finished. Very friendly guy and I would highly recommended him for floor refinishing."

"We are extremely happy with Leininger Hardwood Floors. The house we found on Realtor.com listed our house with "Recently refinished hardwood floors!" I think they were done by Stevie Wonder flooring company. Talk about an amateur job! When my wife and I first walked into the house, the first thing we said was "floors need completely redone". I searched out 4 different flooring companies, and Leininger was by far the friendliest, and didn't make me feel like I was taking up their time. They were also the only company that didn't demand an up to 50% upfront fee just to get on their schedule, and also the only company able to get to us within 2 months. I realize everyone is busy, but they were still very accommodating. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did a fabulous job straightening out our floors (7 rooms). I just hope the previous owners didn't pay much at all for the poor job they received. It was pretty humorous when Patti first came in to check our house out, she was very professional even though you could tell she wanted to start laughing at what she saw. I know this is a long review, but Leininger was straight up with us, charged a reasonable price and did a great job. Obviously, we highly recommend them to refinish your hardwood flooring project."

"I worked with Phoenix Flooring 3 times now. Once was 150 year old original floors that were covered in paint and glue and tar...a hot mess. They saved me so much money and brought the floors back to life. Then I did a new floor install with short boards...beautiful and maybe my favorite floor to date. Last job was merging a 75 year old floor with a new addition floor. You would never know! Fair prices and they never try to up sell me to other products."
