"I had a great experience with Mitko professional service for our water heater burner problem, I called a day before, and Mitko came to our house next day, he did full analysis & testing of the water heater and right after he did find out the problem and had all required parts in his company van, took him to replace and fixed within couple of hours. Excellent service with reasonable service fee!"

"Mac and Carl both worked on the pipe in my front yard. I had a leak that has been there for years. Got several quotes from several people all saying it was a huge job that would cost thousands of dollars. I called Two Brothers Plumbing for a quote after reading some rave reviews on Home Advisor. I was not disappointed. They came out the very next morning (at no charge, free quote….AMAZING!…because that is evidently not common). They examined my water line and were confident they could fix the problem easily enough. They had come in a Friday to diagnose the problem but contacted me on Sunday to set a time to come out the following day and got right to work. The existing pipe line, water spigot and valves needed updating in order to fix the leak. They fixed the issues and replaced the old parts. And they were AFFORDABLE. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were kind, thorough and professional. They were able to diagnose and explain the problem to me and fix it. They were quick to make an appointment and get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance."

"Jared showed up and wasted no time in doing two things at once (draining the hot water heater and repairing a small fireplace gas leak). He educated me a little on what he was doing which is always helpful. He was also careful to keep his booties on, so as not to ruin the shiny wood floors. Highly recommend based on this experience."

"Mikey returned my call first thing in the morning. He was right on top of things. When I gave him my information on the water heater problem, he recognized it as a unit with a re-call. He gave me the number to call to get the repair done at no charge for parts or labor & repairs were done the same day. Very professional & top of the line service"

"Jason was very polite and the completed job was great. They disposed of the old tank water heater cleaned up the area and the install was completed in about 4 hrs. Very satisfied with the unit and the installation."

"I highly recommend these techs . Honest estimated cost to complete work was discussed over the phone during first call, unlike other service vendors. No time wasted and no run arounds, tech was straightforward with cost, pricing, warranty, product knowledge. Needed work done and completed in no time. Techs were in time to finish work and best quality heater installed for reasonable price. I called 8 different service vendors but Emergency Water Heater techs were the best quality, most professional, honest, best priced, and knowledgeable workers I've encountered and completed work when needed. Work was completed half the time. If I called other service co, they would still be in the process of sending to check out for estimate. Other service co. would need to send estimator then will schedule another time for repair. No time wasted with Emergency Water Heater Company. Will definitely use them again and highly recommended to others...by Erwin M"

"I would like to start by saying that the service I received from Kermit at Chapman's Legacy Plumbing is the exact reason I am a member of Angie's List! Kermit was a true professional who was able to trouble shoot all issues with my sink and water in the kitchen. He corrected several issues and located all necessary parts to avoid replacing major parts like the entire faucet. Kermit was punctual, explained everything he was doing or needed to do, performed quality work and was just an all around friendly person. After reading a dozen companies reviews and taking a chance, I got exactly what I was hoping for. THIS IS WHAT MAKES ANGIES WORTH IT!! Thank you Kermit!"

"This was an excellent experience overall. Professional and personable service with both the scheduling and the service call. Do not hesitate to use Express Sewer and Drain for household drain issues."

"Took longer than specified and there was an accident with the gas line, however, the tech took respiring the spot and fixed everything and made it “right”. When he left I felt he had done a good job and I was very satisfied with furnace."

"The sewer line backed up at 8PM on a Sunday night. Called J Drains because they could come out right away. We've had problems with tree roots in the past, so figured that was the issue. They showed up around 10PM and stayed until 12AM, but were unable to clear the blockage. The person came back the next day and eventually cleared the blockage, or so I thought. One week later it was clogged again. Ended up calling another company who replaced a 12 ft section of the main sewer line between the house clean out and the city clean out (all under the yard, not the patio, thankfully).
I give J Drains credit for showing up late at night and trying to fix the issue. However, in retrospect, the guy that showed up did not really know what he was doing. The house clean out (a two way clean out) was holding water, which means that the clog was downstream. The city clean out 12 ft away was dry, so clearly the clog was in between those two. However, time after time, he put the cable down the clean out and fed out nearly 60 ft of line. Obviously that was running into the house, and he could have damaged the plumbing in the house. Then he tried to tell me that the clog was upstream of the house clean out that was holding water. How is that possible?! There was talk of busting up the courtyard patio, etc. He even took the cable up on the roof and went through a bathroom vent trying to clear the blockage. Eventually, he got lucky, and the cable went the correct direction through the house clean out, punching through the clog. Too bad the sewer line was so damaged, that a week later, it had to be replaced. This time, by a company who could correctly locate the position of the blockage, and recommend a logical plan of attack.
The last thing that bothered me about J Drains was the bill. While the cost was reasonable, the guy who came out told me that his boss wanted him to charge me over $1000 for a list of things. He proceeded to tell me that he was going to waive all those fees and only charge me $400 total (for the previous night plus that day). At the time, I thought I was getting a deal, but the more I thought about it, the more it annoyed me. It felt like they were jacking their prices up, so they could then discount it, making me feel better about what I was paying. If he was really invoicing people for less than half what he should, he'd be out of a job. So clearly, this is a company practice to make people think they're getting a deal. Not professional at all.
