I called them this morning; within an hour a guy was at my place assessing the situation. It needed replacing, so they installed a new water heater and had it working by 4 pm the same day. I called them for an emergency plumber and Dwayne arrived in 30 minutes. He listened attentively to me as I explained the problem. Being a Master Plumber, Dwayne quickly diagnosed the water leak instantly. He explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair.
