"this company was a no show. I stayed home all day waiting, he called 5 minutes before he was to arrive and said he had gotten hung up on another job and would come about noon. At 130 having not shown up, i called and left a message. No response. Called Angi phone number. Now I'm struggling with not being able to know who the new company is, they are coming Monday, Angi has my money. I don't know if the replacement person will know what I want worked on in advance. Not happy about all this!"

By doing this, sub contractors are held to a bare minimum. The president of the company holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and can take on any project no matter what the challenge or difficulty and make sure the finished product is properly built and of the highest quality possible! Our trained service technicians are able to diagnose any pool problem and get it repaired as quickly as possible to get your pool up and running. "Initally, Landmark was a good service. However, this last time, it has been a very unpleasant experience. We had a problem with our fridge freezer. They sent out the most unprofessional and unreliable service person, we ever had to deal with. We took time off our full time jobs, with no pay, to wait on this guy, who had every excuse in the book to why he left us hanging by not showing up. When he finally did, and supposedly "fixed it", he actually made the situation much worse. The only thing Landmark would say is they have to send the same guy out. Absolutely not, we don't want this guy in our house; or, yet another reschedule. We are done with Scott's Home Services LLC and Landmark. We cancelled the service, and stopped all future debits from occuring. In addition, we want the $60 service call refunded since now we have to buy a new fridge because the repairman made it worse. We highly DO NOT recommend Landmark or Scott's Home Services LLC. Worst services ever."

Heavenly Heat Infrared Saunas are made for the chemically sensitive. That means that our infrared saunas create an ideal, safe, and effective detoxification environment for anyone seeking to eliminate toxic substances from their body.
"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."

If you lower it too much, or shut it off completely, you’ll waste much more energy—and time—to heat up all that water to your ideal temperature. When draining your hot tub, take the opportunity to clean all surfaces and components that are normally submerged to prevent biofilm accumulation and ensure proper operation.
The average lifespan of a hot tub can range from five to 20 years. If you have a lower-quality hot tub and neglect routine maintenance, the hot tub will be on the lower end of that range. However, if you invest in a higher-quality material, perform maintenance, and take care of hot tub repairs quickly, you can enjoy your hot tub for closer to 20 years.
