"We've used Upstate Comfort Systems for our furnace, AC and emergency heating/thermostat issues over the last few years - always great service. We had an aging water heater and decided it was time to look into replacing it, so it was a no brainer to contact Dale. He came to the house, we talked through options based on our wants and needs, and he explained the pros and cons for each. Yesterday, he replaced our conventional tank with a new heat pump hybrid one and couldn't be happier. Dale and Michael were great, as always - professional, courteous, cleaned up when they were done and gave an overview of the new system after. When asked by an engineering friend as we talked through our options prior to choosing the heat pump hybrid, he asked if I trusted my guy (Dale) and I answered, absolutely!
