The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times. Once the owner and brother were involved, the install issues stopped, but it took them a long time to finish the 3 day project. I singed with the company on 2/7/17 and finished paying in late May."

"Joe uses very good judgement in all my repairs. He quickly responded to this service call placed by the tenant. He assessed the age of the water heater and advised it was past it's useful life and recommended replacing.
He does service calls on all my rentals from minor repairs to complete remodeling. His judgement is good on what needs fixing or replacing. His rates are very fair plus his quick turn around of the homes gets vacant rentals back on the market quickly. Mr. Perkins was quick, efficient and very hard working.  He went above and beyond what I asked him to do making sure the house looked nice to show prospective buyers.  When the house was in escrow the inspector found a repair was needed that I didn't see and Mr. Perkins went out the next day and fixed it.  When everything was finished, my house looked great and ready to sell.
Perkins and Sons prices were very reasonable for the amount of work they did.  
I can't say enough good things about Perkins and Sons.  Everyone I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful.  This was a huge job and some of the work had to be done after I moved out and away from the area.  I felt completely comfortable leaving knowing that I had someone I could trust taking care of things after I left.
