"This is THE company to use. I had an old 1907 wooden house sitting on a decaying brick foundation and needing a sister foundation installed and a complete seismic retrofit. Even during the bidding process, Brad from Alpha was extremely attentive without being assertive. I contacted four other companies although one I eliminated since they charged a fee for inspecting. Alpha was very timely with their bid and flexible when I needed help with the budget. All the way through the process, every single person at Alpha was extraordinarily good at customer relations, returned emails immediately, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Whenever there was a slight change to the original plan due to permitting or a plumbing adjustment, Alpha was very proactive and made sure everything was communicated clearly and promptly. I have really NEVER worked with a company that had such excellent communication skills. This is really one reason I selected them to do the work and, even though they may not have been the least expensive, it is worth the extra price for this reason alone. And Alpha Structural's work speaks for itself as well. Everything was done precisely and well beyond code, an unbid section of foundation was provided under the front porch without increase to the budget, and all materials used were of the highest quality. The project went on somewhat longer than estimated due to permit changes and a short weather delay but was still finished in a timely way. My home is our family's largest asset and it is a great relief to now know it is sitting on a solid foundation. "We were looking for someone who could rehab our front courtyard cement. The cement itself was sound (no cracks breaks, etc.) but it was badly stained and faded. One other contractor said the only thing we could do was tear it all out and pour new concrete, which was way out of our budget. He pretty much poo-poohed the idea of staining the concrete, saying he'd "never seen a good stain job." I found Ryan on Angies List, called him and he came right over. he showed me photos of other staining jobs he had done, both interior and exterior, and they looked great. He answered my questions about durability and how long we could expect the staining to last before we had to rehab it and  provided me with a precise written estimate that same day. Ryan and his crew showed up as scheduled and did a terrific job. Ryan was there himself for most of the job to supervise things and his crew was very thorough. They prepped the concrete and added some texture to make it look like tile or slate and then applied the color. Once we approved the final color, they applied the sealer and it looked fantastic! We can't wait to put down our patio furniture and plants. The only problem is, the concrete looks so good, we may have to buy new patio furniture because now the old stuff looks so crappy!  I would strongly recommend Ryan and Monarch Construction in Temecula for anyone who is tired of looking at old faded and stained concrete whether indoors or outside. They have the expertise and experience to breath new life into the old concrete, they're honest and punctual and their prices are very fair.  Exceptional value and quality service - about as good as it gets."

I really enjoyed working with them and will hire them again if I can come up with another project for them to work on."

"There were 2 teams that came to the door, one for the deck and the other for the paver project, I explained the details and even showed them a somewhat blueprint of my dream deck and these guys were on point! ... The pavers were finished quick and my old deck was demolished, the wood was in pretty bad shape. The guys built it and refinished it with the waterproof stain I had chosen. I was amazed at their hard work. Maybe once or twice they ran late by coming in 15/20 min  late,  but they did a great job overall.
The pavers had a combo of cobble stone and river stone which led to the grassy area."
