I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless.
