With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great. "Initially, I met with Mr. Canales and reviewed the project requirements. We required new roofs on two adjacent sheds. This required removing the old shingle, removing the existing plywood roofs, the installation of new plywood, headers, soffitt wood work and installation of new architectural asphalt shingle. They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.
