If I were to replace these decks as suggested by several companies, my guess is it would have cost $35,000. Take aways a from experience: Ensure you pull permits and ask to do so up front, wait to screen in your porch if you plan to stain, if your budget can handle it put up aluminum gutters vice any plastic gutters, screen doors can sag, and really just enjoy your new deck. This deck is really a vacation at home."
