"Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

David was great to work with.  He and his team are professional and did a great job with the painting (I had one of the walls painted stripes). He did a great job on the entrance door which wasn?t easy to paint/refinish. He had to do multiple coats before it looked good.  He put in a few extra hours to get all the painting work right.

He is zealous and focused on customer satisfaction. Quality of work is his priority.  He was prompt in responding to text messages.  Overall, I had a satisfying experience and will not hesitate to hire him again.

"David and 1 of his workers were kind enough to come to my home to fix my sliding door so it would slide on a Sunday morning. They were back to replace the door on Monday. They were on time, efficient and even replaced the wood facing because the new door didn't fit exactly the same as the old door. I will definitely have them do my next job which hopefully won't be an emergency like the first job. While they were here, I also asked them to hang my Christmas lights and fix my flag stone path. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"They subcontracted the work.  Initial wallpaper removal was by local high school kids and was very slow.  Then one college kid who was even slower.  They finally brought in their pro who did as much removal in one day as the others did in a week.  Needless to say, the entire project finished late and missed a critical date.
The painters were very good where they painted except didn't seem to understand what to paint - I would keep pointing out areas out and sometimes they would include the area and sometimes they wouldn't.  Eventually a foreman got them to mostly meet the contract but it wasted time and caused me stress.  I felt like I was the foreman or contractor when I just wanted to write the check and have it done well and on time.  Sadly it wasn't done on time so all my furniture and electronics arrived before the work was done and ended up covered in drywall dust.
I also paid to have the woodwork cleaned and the wall plates matched throughout the house.  Both those were only half done.  They claimed woodwork just means window trim whereas I meant it to include all the wood.  I also had to go to the hardware store and buy and install a bunch of wall plates (which was not a big deal except I had paid them to do that.)
They also asked me to pay extra to clean up afterwards - I don't know of any business who does any job and then doesn't clean up after themselves.
I believe they have a good reputation, but if you use them make sure the contract specificies no subcontracting and be sure you and they agree on what is and isn't included in the work.
