Unfortunately, the floor in the upstairs bath had been repaired by the previous owner due to an on going (unknown to us) leak. So in addition to the planned remodel, we had to have the sub-floor removed & replaced. Kyle gave us the best bid and was able to easily work around our ever changing schedule. Kyle provided recommendations & measurements for the supplies and we were able to choose and purchase what we preferred. Kyle's crew was professional & polite. Everyday, they worked long hours, cleaned up and would let us know when they would be returning. In addition to that, the work was outstanding and exceeded our expectations! "Dealing with contractors is never easy, and Ben is no pushover, but with very few exceptions, Ben and his crew do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it, and they do it very well. What else can you really ask for from contractors. He's organized and a person of integrity. I liked that he sent a Google chart with supplies to purchase that we could work together that helped me figure out what kind of parts and tiles to purchase. Great experience and our bathrooms are amazing."
