"I thought it went well but took longer than I expected. Mechanic Leo bought the new tank and pipes in when he arrived. I believed Leo arrived around 7:30 pm. He completed the installation around 11:30.pm Leo went out to his truck, stayed outside for a long time, in fact, my son Vann went out to ask him what was taking so long. When he came back in, Leo told me there would be an extra $100.00 We explained that we had been quoted a price of $1,300.00.. so he said to call the i office and they would straighten everything out, That’s why I called the next day. Everything seemed okay. When I notice the water was much slower, I called to let J&S know. The person asked me a few questions and advised me to check the faucets. Well, that didn’t work and the water was not as hot as before the installation. I called again to explain to J & S what was happening. The person there told me that they didn’t have to come out, and I still owed them $100.. so that's why I called Angi So I decided to check all of the faucets and I realized that the water flow was not coming out properly from any of the faucets So this is what happened. I am just appalled that they haven’t come out or called as of this date. I need them to come out and check this out, something went wrong. We could do a FaceTime inspection that would show the flow of the water."

"Jim & Rob handled the service. When they realized that they were running late, they called early on to let me know. They were a completely in sink team. They were efficient, knowledgable and extremely courteous. My father had owned his own plumbing company post WWII, and was one of the first licensed plumbers in the state of Illinois; accordingly, I watched & had many plumbing questions regarding the install. "January 2017 my boiler went out, I called them, they sent out a guy and told me there wasn’t anything he could do. So the following day I talked to a sales person and then they sent out two guys to install around 1PM. 6AM the following morning they had it installed. March of the same year I had them install ductless AC for me. A sales guy came out, planned locations and unit sizes. After that a couple days later a installer came buy to okay the locations and unit sizes. About a week later two installers came buy and installed the AC. For the plumbing part I had a leaking pipe on the second floor, they sent out a guy the following day that I called. When the guy came out he found the problem, made a hole in the wall, updated the price and repaired the hole in the pipe. The plumber kind of rushed b/c I think he lived in the burbs and didnt want to stay long and go home. The second time I used their plumbing service I was looking to get a bathtub installed. They sent a guy out, he looked at it, said the wall needed to be extended, quoted me $900, gave me a pen for his remodelling company and left. Needless to say, I installed the tub myself and didn’t need to extend the wall."
