"Chris Taylor first transferred my hard drive to a new container, making it an external hard drive, and agreed to recycle the remnants of my laptop. On my drive home, he called, saying that the laptop was working, and that I should bring the hard drive back. He then determined that the hard drive had faulty sectors, which was keeping the laptop from powering on. He installed a new (better) hard drive, transferred the old hard drive to it and now it's working better than ever. He even offered to be available by phone to walk me through any connection issues that might arise. He was polite, attentive, efficient, and did his best to keep my costs down."
