"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. When they came to my home they found that there was a little piece of plastic stopping the shut off valve (for the toilet) from completely closing.
