4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.

Dale came, we got an estimate the next day and a few days later he came out to do the repairs. When Dale finished with the basement I had him look at the bathroom reguarding some mold issues.
