Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "The final results are good, but they are very unresponsive.  It took several calls and e-mails to get the project started and completed.  They had to redo parts of the project because of the bad sub-contractors that they used.  When they did the bar install they also gave us a quote on installing some ceiling fans.  I told them we didn't need them right away, because it was winter, but when it got closer to summer we would want them to do the install.  I have now e-mailed them several times, with no response and called them to try and get them to put in the fans.  We will not use them again.
