Gary was able to assess our issue realizing quickly that the actual expertise we needed for fixing our frig was not in his direct wheelhouse. What did he do? He provided another contact for us that was more geared to our needs! Who does that in 2023? This is a Vey honest, vet-owned businessman. He did not even charge us for the diagnosis-again, 2023? We appreciated his help so much I sent out his number to our neighborhood! The contact he provided did indeed identify the solution. I will be calling Gary’s company in the future if only for annual service particularly important for our dryer. I found him and his company to be a total breath of fresh air for reliability, skill and total honesty! A BIG thanks to this veteran-owned company! Somehow you can just tell by their integrity!"
