"The guys that came were absolutely awesome! Mason came in and I explained what we needed done, he was exceptionally professional and very understanding. I showed him where we needed the fan installed and had only anticipated them to install the electric, we were going to install the fan later but the guys went the extra mile and not only just installed the fan but also installed the remote mechanism as well. The guys were extremely nice, I told them they didn’t have to do it that we could do it later and they said they were here and could do it quicker so they didn’t mind doing it at all. I even had another issue that had come up over the weekend in my kitchen, I asked if they could just scope it out and I could setup another appointment to fix it but Mason said no way, I will go ahead and fix that little issue right now. So not only did they install the electric, they put up my fan and installed the remote mechanism that I’d purchased separately, but they also fixed my issue in my kitchen! We cannot say enough positive things about the crew we had help us. I know I thanked them like 10 times but it still wasn’t enough, we are genuinely appreciative and impressed. We’ve already agreed if we have any other electric needs in our home we will call Mason at Cole Electric again! I’ve already recommended him to a few friends and family members!"

"Byron Baker and a helper called ahead of time, arrived promptly (within the original three-hour window and about 20 minutes after the call) and reviewed my concerns. He then explained what he had to do and how he would go about it. Please note, of 4 companies that I called, Mr. Electric of Chesapeake was the only one willing to come out a provide a free estimate. Since the estimate was better than the phone quotes I received, I authorized him to proceed with the work. He began by troubleshooting the doorbell system. He found the following: found no power on secondary / low-voltage side of transformer. There was 120 V on primary side. Found wire to transformer not connected. (In layman’s terms, the transformer had been shorted out). Removed and reinstalled Ring doorbell and found that the diode had not been installed properly. Installed new transformer and corrected wire connections and restored power to the doorbell system."
