"Justin was professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue and make the repair. The only reason I'm submitting this as a 4 star is I let him know that I was doing the repair via a warranty claim. I let him know that I needed to call the warranty company after he diagnosed the problem, but before fixing it. He went ahead and did the repair before he let me know he had diagnosed the issue, or let me know what the cost of repair was going to be. For this specific incident, it was a simple and affordable fix, so I paid myself since the repair was completed before the warranty company agreed to anything. If it would have been a larger expense, it could have been an issue. "

He had to wrestle with the old pipe/sink (1970's vintage) but got the repair done fairly quickly, with absolutely no mess or inconvenience to us. Very friendly, but business-like and focused on the job. Brought all the parts he needed, left us the old parts so we could see what he had repaired. That initial repair went so quickly that I asked him to take a look at a very slow drain in one of our bathrooms that had been a constant bother. He took care of that with no problem. His work is very professional and I will definitely call him in the future. Wish I could give him an A+"

"My husband has used him for over 20 years. He does the high end appliances. He doesn't do Samsung and all that service stuff. We have KitchenAid Bash and Wolf. We use him all the time. He has repaired our washer. He has repaired our dryer. I called him and within 20 minutes, I had somebody over there repairing my refrigerator. You can't ask for better service. He is outstanding and excellent. He is the only person I use when I want my appliances repaired because they have the best service. He is the only person I use when I go to purchase new appliances because he gives me the best prices, better than most of the stores in and around the area. If you go in to buy a refrigerator, and he says, 'Well, why don't you wait another week? They are going to have a rebate system. I will order it a week from now and you will get a $50 or a $300 rebate. This is the kind of person he is. He is not somebody that just says, 'Okay, fine' and charges you whatever. We trust him. We had a repair and he said, 'I could charge you all of this kind of money. But this 69 cents piece, if you unscrew this and unscrew that and put that in there, that is all it costs to fix it'"
