"Val and his crew did a nice job with our two bathrooms, and both spaces were absolutely transformed. We even had some issues with tile and grout after the job was done, and Val agreed to return and make things right. This was a theme throughout the project; when things didn't go as planned, Val took the time to work with us to make adjustments. Val and crew did demo on both bathrooms. They took out and replaced a tub, installed two new shower systems, rebuilt the tile enclosure for a stall shower, installed new wall and floor tile, lighting w/dimmers, and fans. They also installed mirrors (one recessed), along with a floating double vanity and a pedestal sink. A new closet with sliding doors was created in one bathroom—built from wood with care, not pieced together from low quality particle board. Val handled all demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, and even installed most of the accessories like towel bars, etc. Worth noting: Val’s employee Kenny did a beautiful job with the tile work. Both Val and Kenny were professional and trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. Overall we’re very happy with the outcome. Not a pain free process, but Val helped us find solutions, every time. We had a few issues around design choices and some install decisions, but generally things were fairly seamless, and we're super pleased with our new bathrooms."

"Overall, working with Titan Contracting was a great experience. Although it did take Erik a bit of time to get back to us with our questions throughout the process, it was certainly not off-putting by any means. He was very professional throughout all of our interactions, from the initial quote to final payment. His subcontractor, Michael, did a really great job on the shower itself. He was incredibly accommodating with our specifications and offered great solutions to any problems we ran into along the way. He was occasionally late, but with commuting from out of the area down to Virginia Beach, it happens more often than any of us would like so it didn't bother us too badly. Initially, I did have a couple of very minor concerns with the shower after it was finished. Michael did end up installing the shower diverter backwards so hot was on the right and cold on the left, and our installed tiled bench wasn't sloped so water does gather there. But it wasn't until a few months in when the grout started caving in a bit around our decorative tile that we decided to contact Erik to see what could be done. This, in my opinion, is where Erik and Titan Contracting's customer service really shines. Erik came out to inspect the issue, determined the problem, and fixed it immediately on the spot with the leftover grout we'd had. I certainly was not expecting it to happen so quickly, and I was thrilled that he was able to take care of it for us, pretty much no questions asked. He also fixed the backwards diverter, although unfortunately fixing the bench would require redoing it completely, so we just have a squeegee to take care of the water excess now (not an issue). Erik and Titan Contracting's great work and outstanding customer service have pretty much solidified that if we need any more remodeling or work done in the future, he will be the first one that we call. Thanks for a beautiful new shower, Erik!"

"I purchased a foreclosed home in 2016. It needed to be gutted and start all over. The bathroom had an old tub and grimy tiles. Bath Planet came in and installed the entire walk-in shower with glass doors and a beautiful backsplash. The work was done in a day and the workers were friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up behind themselves when they left. This shower has been used almost daily for 8 years and shows no signs of wear and tear. I highly recommend getting the safety bars because you may not think you want them now but you find as you get older you'll be glad you have them. My only regret is that I did not have this done in my last house. Bath Planet stands behind their work and doesn't excellent job. Give them a try you won't be disappointed."
