"I definitely recommend Bill, Dylan, and crew for any work that you need done. They are highly skilled, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. They will spend time with you determining the best options for your project that fit within your budget. Bill and Dylan took out my deck style front porch and added a covered front porch on my 1897 home. They took care to match the style of the porch to the style of the house while staying within my budget. There are pictures of this house back to the 50's where there was no covered porch, but the porch they added looks like it has always been part of the house. The workmanship was excellent, and they took care to keep the work area neat. They also repaired rotten sections of my box / hidden gutters around my entire house. There was significant damage, and this was a large undertaking. I am very happy with the end result and feel comfortable that I will not have to worry about issues with the gutters for many years. Bill, Dylan, and crew have done additional work for me including lowering the height of my non-working chimney and re-mortaring the remaining section, repairing trim on the house that had been chewed up by carpenter bees, and replacing my bathroom vanity. All of their work has been great! I will continue to use them for all of my future projects."

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Josiah did a removal and replacement of a very large multi-section fixed glass window. The framing and trim were very badly rotted and unsecure. He did a very, very professional and timely removal and installation. He is very informative, personable and knowledgeable and I would recommend him highly. I have been involved in many large and small construction projects in many areas of the world and I would stack Josiah up against some of the best I have used."

When Dave's Home Repairs assessed it, he said the wood frame could not be replaced and that the doors needed to be replaced. He charged me nothing for his wasted visit to my house and he was a friendly and knowledgeable man."

"Jerry promptly returned my call to scheduled a time to come by and assess the work. After a review of the work to be done, we discussed how he might match the mortar and when the work might be completed. Jerry kept me posted as a match for the mortar (via pictures/text). The final result was a perfect match with the old mortar and all cracks repaired. Excellent work, excellent professionalism and excellent experience. I would hire Jerry again in a second. He will be my first call if I need other work done."

"Chris arrived on time. He told me what to expect before he attempted to remove the faucet and pipe. Unknown to me the pipe had been repaired before, but poorly. When attempting to remove the pipe the old repair broke off, which required extra time/work from him. Chris also discovered that another part of the piping was leaking, which he showed me. End result: he not only replaced the faucet but fixed an unknown leak. He kept me informed, left the area clean and fixed the problem. I would use Chris again."

The crew did a great job, even pressure washed the sidewalk and cleaned up well.  Left no nails or cigarette stubs on the grounds (which was a big problem with other contractors).
