"I had called and left a message when the spring broke on one of my doors. John promptly texted me back that he could come out later that day and we scheduled a time. Ended up he was running a little early and even politely texted to make sure that would be okay. John got right to work and even showed me a bearing that was going bad which I had meant to mention to him to look at what was sometimes causing a loud squeal noise lately when opening and closing the door. "The workers could have cleaned up better.  There was like trimming debris left in the yard and I'm still finding like screws on the roof where they took out the old windows and left those screws there.  And then sort of a mishap, there was a bottle of bourbon that ended up missing during that time when they were there, but the company went above and beyond and replaced the bottle for me.  I mean, that was excellent customer service on the company's part.  I know those guys were like just hired contractually.  I guess the best part was their exceptional customer service and then the worst part was just having to clean up after the job.  I felt like they could have done a lot better."
