"The workers could have cleaned up better.  There was like trimming debris left in the yard and I'm still finding like screws on the roof where they took out the old windows and left those screws there.  And then sort of a mishap, there was a bottle of bourbon that ended up missing during that time when they were there, but the company went above and beyond and replaced the bottle for me.  I mean, that was excellent customer service on the company's part.  I know those guys were like just hired contractually.  I guess the best part was their exceptional customer service and then the worst part was just having to clean up after the job.  I felt like they could have done a lot better."

"John arrived right on time and began inspecting the garage door, and it only took him a few minutes to figure out what was wrong. The exterior of the door had been painted at some point and then closed without drying completely. That caused the weather stripping to become tacky and stick to the door, so whenever the door would sit closed for a while the seal would adhere to it and then that would cause the hesitation and jumping that I had noticed. He initially wasn't going to accept any payment since it was such a quick visit, but I decided to have him order new weather stripping and then come back to install it. The follow-up installation only took about 30 minutes, during which time he installed the new stripping and also lubricated the bearings and other moving parts of the door."
