I don't know how long it would have taken us to notice the leak, so I am grateful Bob found it when he did. He was able to repair the outside pipe. We lost a shrub in front of the house but Bob saved us from a much greater loss. Thank you, Bob!"

"He checked out the unit to make sure nothing else is wrong. He was here for an hour trying to figure out what was wrong and he tore everything apart to see if there is any way he could fix it without me having to spend money for a part. When he went home, he found that he had a used part. He said he could put it in for me and he wouldn't charge me for it. I would just have to pay for labor and it wouldn’t have a warranty on it. He was trying to help me and get me by for a little while. However, I just went ahead and put in the new part. He was here for at least an hour and a half if not more and he charged me $50 an hour. I think it's really reasonable price and the furnace is running beautifully now."
