As a laymen customer I knew the basics of paver patios and knew what I wanted to do with the space but I was not aware of all the intricacies that go into a project like this. They were patient and incredibly responsive to my questions. On that note most contractors will deliver what a customer wants, but Limitless really went over and above the competition to engage my interest, educate on possibilities to stay within the range of my budget and most importantly, brought my project to LIFE before I signed up with them. Alan is as knowledgeable as anyone I experienced in the bid process, set clear expectations on what was possible and delivered an amazing option for me. What puts Limitless over the top is the combination of he and Liz in how they do business. Liz used a fantastic software tool to sketch out a 3D rendering of my space in exactly what my house looked like and gave me multiple options to choose from. She and Alan presented it to me together and gave me a range of cost on the different options even before signing up with them. It was an easy decision. It could have stopped there, but Alan's leadership of his team was impeccable. The team was on time, worked full days, and was very professional in a fairly complex job including setting my patio up for preparation for a hottub (extra deep excavation and preparation of the pavers). Throughout the process Liz was fast to respond and their logistics are streamlined such that any change I made was quickly reacted to. The final product is one that we know will last for years to come and made what could have been stressful experience one that I thoroughly enjoyed. They truly have a model that allows for lifetime relationships and I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks Alan and Liz!"

Due to shade, dog damage, etc., our back yard had turned into a mud yard.  The grass had thinned or died, and the soil had then eroded away.  Penton?s team added a few of inches of soil and then covered the soil with sod.

I first want to praise the Penton team for showing up when they said they would and doing what they agreed to do.  My back yard was transformed from mud yard to thick lawn.  My only complaint is with the damage done to my front yard while moving soil and sod to the back yard.  I understand that some damage is inevitable, but the other landscapers that I have seen put boards down to limit the heavy equipment damage.  Penton?s team instead put down narrow sod patches to cover the tracks left by their track steer.  This left a very uneven patch of lawn, with high tracks where the sod was set bordered by low ?barrow pit? areas.  Friends and neighbors have literally tripped due to the very uneven strips.  I don?t know how the damage can be repaired without stripping, leveling, and then re-sodding the area.

I?m very thankful for the work that John?s team did for us, but I get a little angry every time I mow the damaged area.

"The owner, Paul Stoural, was wonderful about communicating with me through phone calls and text messages. Without him fighting USAA for our new roof for almost 2 years we would not have the roof today! We had 2 roof estimators come out from USAA and both claimed no recent hail damage even though we had pictures of the hail . Then Paul Stoural asked USAA for a civil engineer to come out and look at roof. USAA said civil engineer said no need for roof. Then Mr. Stoural said we might consider talking to retention department at USAA since we have been with them over 20 years. My husband did that and within the week USAA had approved the new roof. We had given USAA pictures of the golf ball size hail and they didn't care. The owner of Marathon, Paul Stoural, has been in business for over 17 years in Bellevue. His workers all did a good job of sweeping up at the end of the day since I was concerned with nails getting in my car tires. We also got new gutters on entire house. A great roofing company and wonderful people to work with. They had put on the vinyl siding too and it looks great too!"
