Get matched with top major home repair pros (general contractors) in Waimanalo, HI

"We had YM Construction complete several major plumbing and bathroom repairs in our home, and I can honestly say they exceeded every expectation we had. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. The scope of work was pretty extensive — they replaced leaking water and sewage pipes between our first and second floor bathrooms, updated hot and cold water lines, reinstalled toilets, repaired wall panels, and helped reinstall cabinetry and countertops. It could have easily been a stressful project, but they made the entire experience smooth and worry-free. What really stood out to us was their pride in their work and respect for our home. They showed up on time every single day, worked efficiently, and kept everything remarkably clean and organized. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right, not just finishing it quickly. The final results are fantastic."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 We recently completed a home renovation with Elevate Builders, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Our general contractor, Yaniv Grafi, went above and beyond the agreed scope of work to make sure everything turned out perfect. Yaniv is incredibly detail-oriented. He suggested alternative faucet and cabinet finishes that elevated the overall look of our space, even taking the time to return the original items and pick up the replacements himself. He did the same with our baseboards when the ones we had ordered turned out to be too short, he proactively handled it to ensure a flawless result. His professionalism, eye for detail, and commitment to quality made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who cares as much about your home as you do, but Yaniv truly does. If you’re looking for a contractor who will treat your renovation with care, precision, and dedication, hire Elevate Builders. You won’t be disappointed! -Jenny & Touch"

"We hired Matt Azouz to run a top-to-bottom remodel of our 1952 2-bedroom single wall house. The house turned out fantastic - it's modern, beautiful, and at the same time, true to its architecture and perfectly simple. They did a full bathroom rebuild, a full kitchen remodel, new drywall for ceilings, refinished the original 1952 heartwood pine floors, painted interior and exterior, and updated electrical. The subs and tradesmen that he works with are all detail oriented, friendly, and professional. And above all, Matt is a great General Contractor and project manager - he's a clear communicator, very responsive, transparent, and fair. He has a scope and schedule, and he works to that plan. We intend to hire Matt and his team again on our next big project; and have recommended him to our family and friends without hesitation."

"Had a contractor that ended up doing more damage than you can imagine! My wife and I were devastated! Fired him and began looking for solutions to the botched 500 sq ft ceramic tile job. I found Kyle on Angies list. His reviews were great! I reached out to him and he responded back within 8 hrs. Set up an appointment to have him estimate the job. Upon meeting Kyle I immediately could tell he was personable, professional and competent! He did not mince words and was direct about the repair: The tile would need to be pulled up and reapplied..properly! After more conversation, my wife and I contracted Kyle and his team. Kyle really shared our pain and wanted to make our home whole again and restore our happiness. (It’s very hard to find that type of compassion these days) The job was finished in 3 days, quicker than expected! That included: complete demo of botched job, materials, hauling debris, prepping, installation and finishing. The result is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship of the install! Kyle and his son Malaki are true craftsman! VERY friendly, punctual, communicative, down to earth and business oriented! You can search for better but, I doubt you will receive the same service that Toa & Kyle’s Home Solutions offer! Chance em’! You won’t regret it! Worth every penny and some!"
