Really nice guy, was courteous and respectful. Turns out the heater was leaking from the shell itself and needed to be replaced. He was able to drain and remove the old heater safely and install the new one in under 1 hour. "All of the projects that Stu and his crew from Pipeline Plumbing LLC worked on were finished well! M, 9/19 they cleared the washer sink clogged drain & replaced 2 old faucets (which were leaking). On F. 9/23 they replaced old, incorrect& corroded housings with dielectric ones and then had replaced @ a foot long pipe* that connected the pipes under the house with the main water line. *Right before they started their work on changing the housings, the pipe burst. We were lucky to have the team here! They knew exactly what to do and immediately jumped into action.
