"With so much construction happening these days in Raleigh, the idea of finding a great contractor at a reasonable price seemed daunting. Tree 2 Key came to us by referral from a neighbor and was great to work with for our attic renovation project. Though our project was on the smaller side of what they do, the were eager to help our vision of a large master suite & bonus room become reality! Bobby and Steve acted professionally throughout the whole project and were helpful with various design ideas, considerations for cost savings and very considerate to the fact that we were still living in the home during the project. With being a detail oriented couple, we knew we needed a contractor with the same style who helped point things out and responded positively to each topic we brought up. They even helped address other issues that arose downstairs as a result of the construction being done. The selected subcontractors for all the work done were also great to work with. You could tell Tree 2 Key is selective and works with some of the best. Tree 2 Key did not disappoint and responded promptly to questions and requests. "It went very well. We went to their store and picked out the building we wanted. They gave us the approximate time frame that they would be able to schedule the project. Due to weather it needed to be moved, but that was not a problem. The men arrived on the scheduled date and built by shed. It took the three days that they had advised that it would take. They did a nice job, and cleaned up after themselves. We got exactly what we expected."

"We hired Mark in June to replace our siding, windows, and add a screened in porch. We had a bit of water damage to our inside flooring, and needed a way to direct the water away from the house. Throughout the process, Mark was enthusiastic, available, and communicative - he responded to texts or answered his phone as often as I needed him. The two primary workers, Carlos and Dean, did a great job on all parts of our house. Carlos was especially knowledgeable, and we're very happy to have his expertise available. The electrician, Brian, also walked me through several steps of the process, and allayed my fears when I thought something was off. We've been finished for a few weeks, had several storms, and I'm happy to report that the water damage appears to have been resolved. Additionally, we have a beautiful, large, screened-in, back porch that my family really enjoys. Finally, the siding and new windows make the house look brand new. As an aside, pricing was reasonable and in line with other quotes we received - the bonus for using Mark was that he listened to the general outline of what we wanted to build and met that as much as possible. His group was also flexible and was willing to change things as we had new ideas. A minor criticism is that we are still finding metal bits around the yard but, with this much work, I'm not sure this is unexpected. I will definitely contact Mark again for future work."
