"DryZone Basements kept me up to date on my Appointment, called the morning of, arrived on time, checked in with me at the beginning to review scope of work, set up a dust barrier, two (2) workers and the job lead, worked hard throughout the time here. The lead would check in with me in intervals, they were open to answering any questions. Upon finishing, the lead took me around the whole job, explained the work, and allowed me to ask any questions, and provided me responses, and cleaned up the work area very well. I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in for a couple of weeks.The other company could start in a few days and their price matched Watchman by a hundred dollars. The next morning I get a call from Dave and he told me they had a cancellation and could start the work the immediatley I was thrilled! "Absolutely perfect service in every way. Thomas explained my options: my existing dryer vent could simply be cleaned out, or it could be improved: straighter path, safer materials. Replaced the whole vent, at my request. Disassembled and thoroughly cleaned out the inside of my dryer and the surrounding area of the basement. I happen to love data. Thomas measured the airflow to the outdoor end of the vent, before and after the whole process — and the airflow increased by 10 times! My clothes had been taking five hours to dry, and now they dry completely in just one hour. I couldn't be more satisfied."
